Amorim's anniversary

It’s the one-year anniversary of Amorim’s appointment today. Amorim was in a reflective mood during his pre-match press conference and described taking the United job as the “best decision of his life.”

Amorim was upbeat when he arrived to speak to journalists, and a weight appears to have been removed from his shoulders after an excellent October. Amorim needs to keep winning games, though.

United are in a good position in terms of who is available today. Martinez is the only definite absentee as he enters the final stages of recovery from an ACL injury.

He wanted to travel but Amorim decided against risking him. Maguire is a doubt having not made the matchday squad for the win over Brighton. Everyone else is fit to play today.
