Australian Open 2026: Full order of play, Wednesday 21 January - all matches, complete schedule at first Grand Slam tennis tournament of season

Carlos Alcaraz and Aryna Sabalenka are among the star players in action on day four of the 2026 Australian Open on Wednesday (21 January).

The respective world number ones in the men's singles and women's singles fields open the second round on Melbourne's Rod Laver Arena.

Two-time Australian Open champion Sabalenka will open proceedings against Chinese qualifier Bai Zhuoxuan, before Alcaraz, in his bid to complete the Career Grand Slam, takes on world No. 102 Yannick Hanfmann

Also in action on day four are reigning French Open champion Coco Gauff, Olympic gold medallist Alexander Zverev, former US Open champion Emma Raducanu, and top-ranked Australian men's singles star Alex de Minaur.
